Purchase Loan - Upto 80% of Purchase Price
Refinance Loan - Upto 75% of Current Market Value
Max Loan – Loan is subject to a minimum Debt Service Coverage Ratio
Rate:  6.5% - 8%, 30 year amortization
Term:  Upto 30 years
Origination Fee:  2% (A minimum may apply depending loan amount)
Other Fees:  Appraisal, Title, Processing and Underwriting apply to most loans.
